Mission:

The Client Solutions Manager is in charge of the day-to-day relationship with Adomik customers, starting with managing the on-boarding process of new customers, through the normal process of answering to all the questions they have and ensuring they are properly using the product.  Finally, the Client Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying product requirements and interfacing with our product team to specify these requirements.

  • Support of clients and ensure best usage of Adomik product

  • Work closely with Adomik clients to optimize their advertising revenue through smart sales strategies

  • Manage communication (new product release, one-to-one announcements, weekly meetings, etc) with clients

  • Educate, train and onboard new clients
  • Monitor usage of Adomik products (perform data analyses)

  • Produce general analyses on clients' sales patterns for communication purposes

  • Report bugs to the development team, share ideas on evolution with the product team

  • Collect and distribute success stories

  • Evangelize other Adomik products to clients

About You:

  • Academic qualification: Masters Degree

  • Experience in a client-facing role in the digital advertising industry is preferred

  • Analytic skills and ability to quickly synthesize and solve problems

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative

  • Interest in technology / knowledge of technology infrastructure (online advertising industry)

  • Fluent French and English

  • Team player, outgoing and curious
