You will manage highly complex yield problems with the top 500 global media companies. You will ultimately act as an extension of the customer's yield management team to help drive customers to ever higher levels in programmatic yield management performance. You will be an internal resource to our product, account management, and business development teams. You will own the expertise of programmatic yield for a variety of client types and channel types. You will become one of the most highly sought-after experts in programmatic yield management. You want your clients to get smarter and want the same for your team.


  • Get a full understanding of premium media sellers programmatic setup, pain points and inefficiencies by meeting major stakeholders ranging from Product, Monetization, Yield Management and Ad Ops teams

  • Deep analysis of customer programmatic activity ‘big data’ to determine key insights to drive business results

  • Own / co-own yield management discipline for key clients

  • In collaboration with clients, design and test out-of-the-box solutions using and combining multiple unexploited data sources

  • Manage team of internal and external resources on key accounts

  • Work with internal product team to identify and design new product features

  • Train internal account management teams, and stimulate positive thinking around account management best practices

  • Act as technical resource to Business development on key prospects

  • Evangelize Adomik solutions and services in writing and at events

  • Produce content, research, blog posts and industry thought leadership on key issues within the practice of programmatic yield management



  • Tenacious and rigorous, eager to get to the bottom of complex, ill-defined problems

  • Versatility in client communication (from high-level executive discussions to in-page JS code challenging)

  • Desire to find the story the data tells

  • Analytical mindset that seeks to drive into data to find the kernel of insight

  • Data scientist or Analyst background

  • Ability to invent and be creative solving problems

  • SQL and BI experience, Excel expert
